How long does processing take?

Our current processing times are 3-10 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays. *Also, sales may increase this time.

Are your products pre-made or made to order?

Most of our products are handmade to order, some are pre-made.

How much is shipping?

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

Domestic (starting at $4.99),  International shipments (starting at $13.50), But ultimately based on total weight of package

Please be advised that we are NOT responsible for ANY fees required by customs for any reason.

How long does shipment take?

Transit times are estimates and not a guarantee.

Domestic: Priority Mail 3-5 business days. Not including weekends or holidays.

International: (These estimates do NOT include time spent at customs) FedEx 6-15 business days not including weekend or holidays. USPS is 6-15 business days. These estimates do not include time spent in customs or border inspections.

Our ship time is 3-5 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. We ship all packages through USPS. Packages are picked up Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 4 PM. Once your package leaves, we can not be responsible for any delays associated with the postal service.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes, 100%!

Do you test on animals?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We are Cruelty Free! <3

Do you offer makeup artist discounts?

Currently we do not!

Are your glitters safe to use?

Our glitters are cosmetic grade but please use at your own risk as no glitters are FDA approved. Please be careful as we are not responsible for unsafe or improper usage.

What if my package is Lost/ Stolen? 

We are NOT responsible for Lost or stolen packages. If your package shows "Delivered", you are required to contact the postal service and file a claim with them to be reimbursed. Claims can be filed on the postal service website using your tracking number, and they will reimburse you by check through mail. Misfit Beauty Co is not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit.

My item arrived broken, what do I do?

The postal service can sometimes be rough with your packages and even though we bubble wrap them, that doesn't always help. In the even that an item comes broken, you have 24 hours from time of delivery to email us a photo of the damaged product(s). From there we will refund you in store credit. 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns.

Do you accept refunds?

We do NOT refund and by purchasing through Misfit Beauty Co you are agreeing to these terms.

 

*Please note we are not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice the shipping address provided at check-out was incorrect, please let us know so we can make any corrections. However, once your order has shipped, adjustments can no longer be made.
